Information collected from contact forms

STACC saves and handles the information, that you share with us freely through our web page, for example, by filling in a contact form on our web page. We process the personal data (First and last name, phone number, e-mail address, company name) collected via contact forms for the purpose of replying to your request. The legal basis for the processing of the personal data is, depending on the situation, either the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or to take steps prior to entering into a contract or a legitimate interest pursued by the controller. In this particular case, the legitimate interest is the controller`s interest to respond to the requests of a data subject.
We’ll ask you first and last name, company name, position, e-mail, and phone number on the conference registration form. The legal basis for processing these personal data is the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
